A message from the principal:

Prior to jumping into the recruiting industry I spent a dozen years working for a couple full-service marketing firms. The majority of this time I worked as an Account Manager where I consulted with numerous marketing professionals about their specific marketing objectives and strategies. This experience taught me to quickly grasp a company’s marketing initiatives and identify key players to help concept, research, strategize and implement these initiatives.

Now, working as a recruiter I have found that both candidates and clients appreciate my understanding of their environment and ability to match quality people with job opportunities. Going beyond education, salary requirements and work history. Providing a thorough understanding of the job and the environment. In the end, a candidate match requires ones ability to do the work and fit the culture.

Most importantly, you need to be comfortable with whom you’re working. There are a number of recruiters out there. I encourage you to interview a few to determine who would best represent you.
